Sri Krishna Gana Sabha, Mysuru and Sangeetha Premigala Sabha, Mysuru, have jointly organised Vidwan Muthuswamy Dikshitar Jayanti celebrations at Alwar Kala Bhavan in Gokulam tomorrow (Mar. 24) at 6 pm. On the occasion, Dikshitar’s photo will be unveiled by Dr. Sukanya Prabhakar, President, Surabhi Gana Kala Mandira. Sridhar Hemmige of Sangeetha Premigala Sabha, Mysuru, will be the guest of honour. B.S. Sridhara Raj Urs, President, Sri Krishna Gana Sabha, will preside.
This follows a Music Concert sponsored by Sangeetha Premigala Sabha. Vocal concert will be presented by Vid. Abhiram Bode accompanied by Vid. Keshava Mohan Kumar on violin and Vid. A. Radhesh on mridanga.
