MUDA stipulates prices for sites at Lalithadripura Layout due for distribution

Mysuru: Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) has stipulated the prices for the sites in Lalithadripura 2nd Stage which are ready for distribution. The decision to that effect was taken at a meeting chaired by MUDA Chairman D. Dhruvakumar at his office here on Saturday. The number of sites available are 128 of 20x30 ft. size, 306 of 30x40ft, 71 of 40x60 ft and 36 of 50x80 ft, all totalling 541 sites. The prices fixed for the sites are Rs.1.7 lakh for 20x30 ft., Rs.5.26 lakh for 30x40 ft., Rs.14.21 lakh for 40x60 ft and Rs.27 lakh for 50x80 ft. It was also decided to earmark 11 sites for Backward Classes, 86 for SC, 35 for ST, 41 for ex-Servicemen, 40 for State Government employees, 27 for Central Government employees, 265 for General Category, 16 under H-Category and 11 for Physically-Challenged. A tentative list of site allottees would be announced after Jan.5, 2018. After giving a time of 15 days for filing objections, the final list would be announced after one month, according to Dhruvakumar. The meeting also decided regarding allotment of two sites at Chamalapura Layout near Nanjangud and 38 H-Category sites at Lalithadripura South Layout.
