Mysuru: The book titled ‘The Gallant Kodava and His Gun’ compiled by Palecanda S. Subiah will be released on June 4 at an event jointly organised by United Kodava Organisation (UKO) and Kodavavoggat, Mysuru, at Field Marshal K.M. Cariappa College Seminar Hall in Madikeri at 11 am.
Mysuru-Kodagu MP Pratap Simha will release the book. Subhash Chandra, Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, will be the guest of honour. Kodagu DC Dr. Richard Vincent D’Souza will be present as a special invitee. Advocate and Congress spokesperson Palachanda Brijesh Kalappa will be present. The event will be presided by UKO Convener Kokkalemada Manju Chinnappa. Jammada Ganesh Ayanna will speak on the book.
