Mysuru: Mysuru-Kodagu MP Pratap Simha visited K.R. Hospital today and enquired about the health of those undergoing treatment for suspected dengue.
Speaking to media, the MP said that there was increase in dengue and viral fever cases in city and rural places, which was creating panic among the public and added that as per the information provided by District Health Officer (DHO) Dr. B. Basavaraj, there were 100 suspected dengue cases in rural areas and that six persons had died of suspected dengue.
