Mandya: In the backdrop of Mandya Deputy Commissioner (DC), who is also the District Magistrate externing rowdy-sheeter Ashok Pai from the district for six months, the Mandya District Police are preparing to extern more rowdy sheeters from the district.
Mandya Superintendent of Police (SP) Shivaprakash Devaraju, who spoke to press persons, said that as the Lok Sabha polls were fast approaching and in a bid to maintain law and order situation in the district, rowdy sheeter Ashok Pai was externed and added that more rowdy sheeters would be externed from the district soon.
