Mysuru: The District Administration and the Railway authorities are on their toes for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s maiden visit to Mysuru Railway Station where he will flag off the Humsafar Express Train and Electric Train service from Mysuru to Bengaluru on Feb.19. Modi will spend nearly half-an-hour at the Station. Later, he will address a public rally at Maharaja’s College Grounds. Ahead of Modi’s visit, a 15-member team that is a part of the Special Protection Group (SPG) arrived in city this morning and visited all those areas where the Prime Minister is scheduled to visit.
The team visited Mysore Airport, Lalitha Mahal Palace Hotel, Helipad, J.K. Grounds, Maharaja’s College Grounds and the City Railway Station.
