Mysore/Mysuru: In a bid to take Government schemes to the door-steps of farmers, Varuna MLA Dr. Yathindra Siddharamaiah launched Ilakhegala Nadige Raithara Mane Bagilige (Government Departments’ march to the doorsteps of farmers) at a programme organised near Varuna Gram Panchayat (GP) Office in Mysuru taluk on Wednesday.
Highlighting the objectives of the march after flagging off the publicity vehicle, Dr. Yathindra said that it will help in taking various Union and State Governments’ schemes, plans, initiatives, projects and programmes meant for agriculture sector to the doorsteps of farmers and also educate them of the benefits and privileges available under them.
