Mysuru: Urging for speedy implementation of Undawadi Drinking Water Project, Chamundeshwari JD(S) MLA G.T. Devegowda has said that he will discuss the issue of forming an exclusive Board for drinking water in city, with the Chief Minister.
Taking part at a meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner (DC) D. Randeep on the implementation of 24x7 drinking water supply to the city, at Vani Vilas Water Works (VVWW) here recently, Devegowda said that with no rainfall for over a month, the district was staring at another drought, with borewells going dry.
