Mysuru: B. Vijayakumar (45), Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering at Maharaja Institute of Technology (MIT) near Naguvanahalli and a resident of Bogadi 2nd Stage, passed away at his residence yesterday. He was married to Swathi, a lecturer at Mysuru Royal Institute of Technology (MRIT) two years ago.
Yesterday evening, Vijayakumar, who dropped his wife to a dance class, came back and at about 8.30 pm, he collapsed at his home. He was rushed to a private hospital at Vijayanagar 3rd Stage, where the doctors declared him ‘brought dead.’
