Miraculous escape for passengers as rear wheels and axle detach from bus

Bylakuppe: Passengers travelling in a KSRTC Bus headed towards Mangaluru, had a miraculous escape, when the rear wheels and axle detached while moving on a road hump on B.M. Road at Kuppe village in Periyapatna taluk on Tuesday night. The bus belonged to Mangaluru Depot and was proceeding to Mangaluru from Mysuru. As the door of the bus was jammed in the incident, there was a commotion for sometime and the passengers alighted from the bus through the driver’s door.
