Mysuru: In a new development, MTR Foods Private Ltd. joined hands with Akshaya Patra Foundation to feed school children under Midday Meals programme. Akshaya Patra Foundation is the implementing partner of PM Poshan Programme and is already serving Midday Meals to school children. The new association between the two is all set to provide Midday Meals to 13,000 school children of Mysuru and Hubballi.
At a function held to mark the association of the two, Akshaya Patra Foundation Vice-President Karuna Sagara inaugurated the programme of providing the Midday Meals by lighting a lamp at Kumbarakoppal Government Higher Primary School recently.
