90-Day Drive at Taluk & District Law Courts from Jan. 2, 2026
Mysore/Mysuru: The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), in association with National Legal Services Authority (NLSA), New Delhi and Karnataka State Legal Services Authority, Bengaluru, has jointly organised a Special Campaign — Mediation ‘For the Nation’ 90 Days Drive — to settle cases pending in all the Taluk Courts and District Courts through Mediation in the entire State of Karnataka, from Jan. 2, 2026.
It is a golden opportunity to the general public to seek redressal of their pending cases before the Courts of Law.
The following cases may be settled:
• Criminal Compoundable offence; • NI Act cases under Sec.138; • Bank Recovery cases; • Labour dispute cases; • Others (Criminal Compoundable and other Civil disputes); • Land Acquisition Cases; • Motor Accident Compensation Litigation Cases (MACT); • Matrimonial disputes (except divorce cases).
