Nine shooters of Ashwini Sports Foundation (ASF)-KALS here represented Karnataka and bagged 25 medals in all and exhibited splendid shooting skills in 10 m Open Sight Air Rifle at the First Hubballi National Open Shooting Championship held at Hubballi recently. They contested against 500 odd shooters from States like Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telengana and Andhra Pradesh. Justin Antony Jose was the highest medal contender and highest scorer under the men’s category. He scored gold in Senior, Junior and Youth Individual team category. He also bagged Bronze in Senior team and bronze in open challenge.
