Mysuru: Lokayukta Superintendent of Police (SP), Mysuru Division, has sought six months additional time from Special Court for Elected Representatives, Bengaluru, to submit a final investigation report on the 50:50 site scam at Mysuru Development Authority (MDA- previously Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA)), in which Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is the prime accused.
As the Judge of Special Court for Elected Representatives Santosh Gajanan Bhat, resumed hearing of the case yesterday, advocate Venkatesh Arabhatti, appearing for Lokayukta Police, filed an affidavit seeking six months more time to file a final probe report, as the investigating agency was awaiting the permission of the Government to inquire three officials in the case.
