In some good news for tax payers, the MCC has extended the deadline for payment of property tax (2021-22) with 5 percent rebate till June 30. Earlier, the deadline was Apr.30. The extension of the 5 percent rebate deadline comes following a circular issued by the Urban Development Department directing all City Corporations (barring BBMP)and other Urban Local Bodies to extend the rebate till June 30, 2021.
