Mahadeva (58), a resident of Nanjumalige Circle, who was staying at an Ashram in Haridwar, passed away on Sunday. He leaves behind his mother, wife, two daughters, a brother, three sisters and a host of relatives and friends. Mahadeva, who was accused in the murder of Vijay Kumar, a financier in the 90s, was in jail and after he was acquitted in the case, he had joined the Ashram in Haridwar, it is learnt. Last rites will be performed after the family members bring his body from Haridwar.
