Mysuru: With IAS Officer P.A. Meghannavar not taking charge as Mysuru Regional Commissioner, Bengaluru Regional Commissioner M.V. Meghannavar, who was serving as Bagalkot Deputy Commissioner, was promoted and posted as Mysuru Regional Commissioner a few weeks ago. But as he failed to assume charge, M.V. Jayanthi, a senior IAS Officer, will continue to function as In-charge Mysuru Regional Commissioner.
