M.M. Mokthar (70), retired Superintendent of Police and a resident of Tank Road in N.R. Mohalla, passed away last evening at a private hospital following brief illness. He leaves behind one daughter, two sons and a host of relatives and friends. Namaz-e-Janaza will be held today at Masjid-e-Azam on Ashoka Road after Namaz-e-Asar (5 pm), followed by the burial at the Muslim Burial Grounds near Tipu Circle.
