Mysore/Mysuru: Lt. Col. Om Parkash Kapur (retd.), former Director of Central Food Laboratory and Head, Food Safety and Quality Control Laboratory at CFTRI (Central Food Technological Research Institute), Mysuru, and a resident of Metagalli, passed away yesterday (Jan. 12) in city after a brief illness. He was 96.
He is survived by his wife Swadesh Kapur, daughter Dr. Priti Kapur, son-in-law Dr. Murali Mohan, son Pawan Kapur, daughter-in-law Manjusha Kapur, grandson Neal Mohan and a host of relatives and friends.
