Mysuru: With the process for the filing of nominations for the Mysuru-Kodagu Lok Sabha seat commencing, the city Police have imposed prohibitory orders under Section 144 of Cr.PC in 100-metre radius of the Deputy Commissioner’s office here till Mar.26, the last day for the filing of nomination papers.
The prohibitory orders will be in force from 11 am to 3 pm on all days till Mar.26. Action will be taken against those trying to disturb peace and those found carrying objectionable articles, according to a press release issued by the office of the City Police Commissioner.
