The Mysore District Swimming Association (MDSA), Mysuru and the Department of Physical Education (DPE), University of Mysore (UoM), Mysuru, have jointly organised a ‘Long Distance Swimming Competition’ on Dec.23 between 7 am and 10 am at the University Swimming Pool, Saraswathipuram, Mysuru. The three-hour-long non-stop swimming event will be held for Men and Women in the following categories: Below 12 years, 13-25 years, 26-50 years and 51 years & above. Interested swimmers may register their names with the staff of Swimming Pool before 7 pm today (Dec.22). For details, contact A.R. Satish, Swimming Pool In-charge or Janardhan, Treasurer, MDSA .
