Mysuru: With the subject on waiving farmers’ loans still remaining unclear, a delegation of farmers has decided to meet Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy in Bengaluru on June 8 to clear all ambiguities.
Disclosing this at a meeting of farmers of Mysuru and Chamarajanagar district at Kuvempu Park near Gun House here yesterday, State Sugarcane Growers Association President Kurubur Shantakumar contended that the CM was delaying the announcement of waiving farm loans as promised by JD(S) prior to elections.
