Link Aadhaar-Bank Account for Student Scholarship

The Periyapatna Social Welfare Department has asked Pre and Post-Matric scholarship beneficiary students to link (SEED) Aadhaar number with their Bank account. The SEEDing is essential for Scheduled Caste (SC) community students who have applied online seeking student scholarship. The Department had received the information that many of the students across Periyapatna taluk had not linked their Aadhaar number to their Bank accounts. Heads of all the Schools of the taluk must sensitise their students in this regard.
