Nagamangala: A lineman, who was trying to remove coconut fronds which was touching the power lines at Moodli Farm, Bellur town in the taluk, has been electrocuted. The deceased is Abhijit (28), a lineman at Bellur CESC Sub-Division Office.
Abhijit was removing the coconut fronds which were touching the power lines at the farm when he was electrocuted. Bellur Sub-Division Assistant Executive Engineer Sridhar, Nagamangala CESC Executive Engineer Raghu and Mandya Electric Inspector Ravish visited the spot.
