All India Life Insurance Agents Association will stage a dharna on Aug. 8 in front of LIC Regional Office here urging the government to fulfil the demands of the agents. The Association has expressed apprehension over the increase in Foreign Direct Investment extended by the government. The members have contended that the GST of 18 % on LIC Policies was hampering sale of new policies. They have also sought security of job with social benefits.
