The Mysuru District Legal Services Authority (MDLSA) has organised a one-day legal awareness for garment factory workers on ‘the dangers of travelling in goods vehicles is illegal’ on May.20 at 10.30 am at Atlanta Apparels Unit-2 (Gokuldas) Garments Premises at Belavadi Industrial Area in city. DLSA Member Secretary and Senior Civil Court Judge B.P. Devamane will inaugurate the programme. Manager of the Factory B.S. Rajith will preside, Deputy Commissioner of Police(Law and Order) M. Muthuraj, Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Mysuru Division A.C. Thammanna, Regional Transport Officer Prabhuswamy, Resource Person and Advocate N. Sundaraju, Senior Manager (HR) Swapna, Labour Inspectors Nikhilchandra, Geetha, G.B. Veena and S. Shashidhar will be chief guests.
