Mysuru: Law is like a ‘Rakshabandhan’ to the country, said District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Member Secretary C.G. Mohammad Muzeerulla, here yesterday. He was speaking at the Law Day event jointly organised by JSS Law College, DLSA and Mysuru BAR Association. Stating that it was a meaningful decision to celebrate Law Day, he said that every person including judges, lawyers, law experts and law students needed law. Prior to this, Principal District and Sessions Judge and DLSA Chairman P.G.M. Patil inaugurated the event. First Additional Principal District and Sessions Judge G. Basavaraju, Legal Expert Dr. C.K.N. Raja, Mysuru BAR Association President G.V. Ramamurthy, JSS Law College Principal Prof. M.M. Prabhuswamy, College Chief Executive Prof. K.S. Suresh and others were present.
