The District Sessions Court has ordered an FIR against a woman who allegedly forged the signature of a land holder to grab his one gunta land in Byathahalli. The Court has asked the Nazarbad Police to investigate if the signature has been forged by one Padma, also a resident of Byathahalli as alleged by complainant Nanjundaswamy.
Nanjundaswamy had filed an application in the Court in 2015 (PCR No. 38/2015) and had stated that on 14.5.1985, he had purchased two guntas land under Survey Number 14/3 from one Basappa, son of Madamma. Accordingly, he had finalised the registration process in the Mysore North Sub-Registrar office, he stated.
