Mysuru: The Mysuru District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum has imposed fine on the owner of ‘Travel Comfort,’ a travel agency located in Gokulam here, for not providing facilities to the clients, who had gone on a tour through the travel agency.
Shreyas Chandrashekar and his wife, residents of Vijayanagar, had gone on a package tour through ‘Travel Comfort’ Proprietor Kiran Shetty, also a travel agent. But during the tour, the travel agent failed to provide proper facilities to Shreyas couple resulting in the couple facing mental torture.
