With an aim to conduct aggressive COVID-19 testing, Health Department has invited applications to recruit private Lab Technicians and Data Entry Operators due to shortage of staff members in the Department conducting these tests. In case of non-availability of sufficient number of Lab Technicians, Department is planning to employ Nursing and Paramedical personnel, Diploma Holders and other Science Graduates. Lab Technicians will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 15 for each sample of throat swab to be sent for Corona testing. Data Entry Operators will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 14,000. Interested candidates can register their names and apply along with necessary documents at Office of District Health and Family Welfare Officer or Office of Health Officer in their respective taluks, according to a press release.
