Mysuru: Following Chief Minister Siddharamaiah’s directive to remove legal hurdles to solve the vexed Kurubarahalli Survey No. 4 and Alanahalli Survey No. 41 that has been erroneously classified under “B Kharab”, MLA M.K. Somashekar, DC D. Randeep, MUDA Commissioner P.S. Kantharaju and Tahsildar T. Ramesh Babu are waiting for an appointment to meet State Advocate General Madhusudhan R. Naik. Yesterday, Siddharamaiah, at a meeting, directed officials to take steps to vacate the stay brought by the residents of the said survey numbers against the Government Order classifying the land as “B Kharab”.
