Mysore/Mysuru: In the light of the recent tragic incident involving a school girl who lost her life after slipping from a moving KSRTC bus in Haveri, the authorities have taken immediate action to address passenger safety concerns. Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy has issued guidelines to all Divisional Controllers (DCs) to prioritise the safety of passengers.

“It is our utmost duty to ensure the safety of all passengers travelling in our buses. The unfortunate incident in Haveri, where a girl student lost her life due to severe head injuries, is deeply regrettable,” stated Minister Ramalinga Reddy, emphasising the importance of passenger safety.
