Mysuru: A notice seeking explanation is said to have been served on Retired Vice-Chancellor of Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) M.G. Krishnan in connection with the Rs. 6.3 crore scam regarding printing of marks cards, according to sources.
With former VC of University of Mysore and KSOU Prof. K.S. Rangappa addressing a press meet recently and disclosing that he would come out with a startling revelation soon on KSOU, the KSOU Management serving a notice on Krishnan has fuelled speculations in many circles.
