The State Government has informed the High Court that Election for the post of Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF) President will be held on Aug.31. MLA H.D. Revanna had appealed the Court to cancel the order issued by the Principal Secretary, Department of Co-operation to postpone the election of KMF President and to allow KMF to hold the election. The hearing of that case was taken up on Aug.22 by Judge Aravind Kumar.
