Khurshida Begum (74), wife of late Syed Ahmed, proprietor of ART Centre, Mysuru and a resident of Udayagiri passed away last evening at a private hospital in city following brief illness. She leaves behind son Syed Younus, Secretary of Jamiya Tippu Sultan, Srirangapatna and Muthwali Masjid in Rajiv Nagar, three daughters and a host of relatives and friends. Namaz-e-Janaza was held at Masjid Alhaj Syed Ahmed, S.A. Layout, Rajiv Nagar, this afternoon followed by the burial at Muslim Burial Ground near Tipu Circle in city.
