Mysore/Mysuru: Retired Group Captain of Indian Air Force (IAF) Dr. Vinay Vittal has said: “Kautilya has been recognised as the world’s first political realist as described in the book by an apt title ‘The First Great Political Realist - Kautilya and His Arthashastra,’ authored by American Political Theorist Roger Boesche.
Dr. Vinay Vittal addressed a gathering of students during a workshop on ‘Kautilya’s Arthashashra’ (Leadership and Management) with the help of power-point presentation at Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala, as part of Interact Club activity in association with Rotary Club Mysore, in the city last evening.
