Mysuru: The written re-exam of KAS (Karnataka Administrative Service) preliminary examinations conducted by the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) for recruitment of 384 Group-A and Group-B probationer posts, passed off smoothly at all the 27 centres spread across in city, this morning.
Out of the 11,481 candidates who had registered for the exam in city centres, only 6,065 appeared for Paper-1 held in the morning session (10 am-12 noon), while 5,416 candidates were absent. The Paper-2 exam was held in the afternoon session (2 pm - 4 pm).
