The 15th year music programmes in memory of the great Guru and artiste Karnataka Kalashree Vid. P.G. Lakshminarayana (PGL) is organised by PGL Samsmarana Vedike on Dec. 13 and 14 at Vasudevacharya Bhavana of Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha on JLB Road. There will be a Karnatak vocal music concert by Vidu. Vrinda Acharya on Dec.13 at 6 pm accompanied by Vid. Matthur Srinidhi on violin, Vid. R. Adamya on mrindanga and Vid. S. Manjunath on ghata.
On Dec. 14 at 6 pm, renowned Veena artiste Karnataka Kalashree Vidu. M.K. Saraswathi will be felicitated and conferred with the title “Nadalaya Visharada.” This would be followed by a Veena concert by Vidu. Saraswathi accompanied by Vid. Sai Shivu Lakshmikeshav on mridanga and Vid. Srinidhi R. Koundinya on ghata.
