Mysuru: There is festive mood in the air and all roads will lead to the Maharaja’s College Grounds where the three-day 83rd Akhila Bharata Kannada Sahitya Sammelana will begin tomorrow. The Sammelana is being held in the cultural city after a gap of 27 years. The flag hoisting ceremony will be held at 8.30 am at the venue. The National Flag will be hoisted by District in-charge Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa, Kannada Sahitya Parishat flag by Parishat President Dr. Manu Baligar and Kannada flag by Parishat District President Dr. Y.D. Rajanna.
