Kanchan Bai Sankala (73), wife of late Parasmal Sankala, passed away at her Lakshmipuram residence yesterday following brief illness. She leaves behind four sons, including Mahaveerchand Sankala, Secretary of Mysore Pinjarapole Society, and two daughters. Last rites were performed this morning. A condolence meeting will be held on Monday at Jain Sthanak, Halladakeri, at 10.30 am.
