Sriramachandra Murthy (KSR Murthy), retired Bank DGM and a resident of Roopa Nagar, Bogadi, passed away on Mar. 10. Murthy belonged to the 1st Batch of SBM Probationary Officers. He was the Founder-Member of SBM Officers Association and also served as its Secretary. He served as Manager of Mysore Main Branch and also headed Bengaluru Branch, Industrial Finance Branch and was Regional Manager at Mysuru, Chairman of Cauvery Grameena Bank. A native of Andhra Pradesh, he leaves behind his son, a daughter, daughter-in-law and a host of relatives and friends. Cremation took place at Chirashanthidhama in Gokulam on Mar. 11.
