CMA K. Gururaja Rao (79), Past Chairman of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI), Mysuru Chapter, for about 17 years and retired General Manager of BEML, Mysuru, passed away on Dec.15. He leaves behind two sons, a daughter, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and a host of relatives, friends, staff and students of Mysore Chapter of ICAI. Last rites were performed on Dec.16 at Bengaluru. CMA Gururaja Rao was instrumental in opening an Oral Coaching Centre and an Examination Centre at Mysuru for the benefit of students pursuing Cost Accountancy examination.
