The following have been elected as Directors of the Judicial Employees Housing Co-operative Society, Chamarajapuram, in the election held on Feb.10: K.S. Sadashivamurthy (303 votes), M.S. Nagendra Prasad (283), M.V. Seshadri (276), M. Narayanaswamy (264), C. Seshaiah (256), T. Balakrishna (253), P. Shivashankar (237), M. Umesh Nayak (ST seat), Indra Kumar (BC) and S. Mahadeva (BC). Also, Jayalakshmi and H.N. Nirmala were elected unopposed from women reserved seats, while N.R. Thyagaraju too was elected unopposed from SC reserved seat. A total of 390 out of the 1,346 eligible members had cast their votes in the election.
