JSS Science and Technology University (JSS S&TU) will hold its 3rd Convocation in city on Apr. 9 at 11 am. In all, 873 BE, 214 M.Tech, 67 MCA, 26 M.Sc and 183 MBA candidates are eligible to receive the degree. A total of 49 Medals will be awarded to the students, out of which 31 Medals are for the students who have scored highest marks in respective branches and 18 Endowment Medals will also be awarded. Degree and Medals for the achievers of all the branches will be conferred by Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji, Chancellor, JSS S&TU.
Dr. K.K. Aggarwal, Chairman, National Board of Accreditation, former Founder Vice-Chancellor, IP University, Delhi, ex-President, Institution of Electronics & Telecom Engineering will be the chief guest and deliver the Convocation Address. Dr. C.G. Betsurmath, Executive Secretary, JSS Maha-vidyapeetha, will administer the Oath for degree holders. Prof. M.H. Dhananjaya, Advisor, Technical Education Division; Prof. Siddaramaiah, Vice-Chancellor (Acting), JSS S&TU; Dr. S.A. Dhanaraj, Registrar, JSS S&TU and Dr. A.N. Santosh Kumar, Controller of Examinations, JSS S&TU will be present.
