The newly constructed JSS College of Nursing at Chamarajanagar will be inaugurated at a function organised by JSS Mahavidyapeetha on Apr. 17. Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS)Vice-Chancellor (VC) Dr. M.K. Ramesh will inaugurate the building while Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji will grace the occasion. Indian Nursing Council President Dr. T. Dileep Kumar will preside. Chamarajanagar University VC Dr. M.R. Gangadhar will be the chief guest. JSS Mahavidyapeetha Executive Secretary Dr. C.G. Betsurmath and Medical Education Division Director R. Mahesh will be the special invitees.
The College has well-equipped class rooms, laboratories and library facility apart from experienced teaching staff. The College is constructed specially to support the rural students in and around Chamarajanagar district.
