Bengaluru: The JD(S), which has challenged to take on Chief Minister Siddharamaiah in Chamundeshwari Assembly constituency, is all set to begin its poll campaign from the constituency in Mysuru. Former Chief Minister and State JD(S) President H.D. Kumaraswamy along with his wife Anitha Kumaraswamy and actor son Nikhil will launch the party’s campaign in Chamundeshwari Assembly segment on Nov.3. Kumaraswamy, who has recovered from heart ailment, is all set to launch the campaign by holding party workers meet and taking part in road shows from atop a specially-designed bus in Chamundeshwari segment. The former CM will return to the constituency on Nov.15 and intensify the poll campaign, following which he will go on a State-wide tour to boost the party’s prospects in the forthcoming Assembly polls.
