Nodal Officers will hear grievances on all Fridays (3 pm to 5.30 pm) every month, barring public holidays that fall on Friday

Mysore/Mysuru: Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) Commissioner Shaikh Tanveer Asif said that Janaspandana public contact programme will be held from 3 pm to 5.30 pm on all Fridays of the month in all the 9 MCC Zonal Offices.

During the programme, public can air their grievances on issues concerning roads, underground drainage, drinking water, markets, public health, registration of births and deaths, issuance of building licence, maintenance of parks, management of public toilets, khata of properties, revenue services etc.

Nodal Officers have been appointed in all Zonal Offices for overseeing the Janaspandana programme, Asif noted.

The list of Nodal Officers

Zone 1: M. Dasegowda, Deputy Commissioner (Administration); Zone 2: R. Srinivas, EE (West); Zone 3: A.N. Madhusudhan, EE (East); Zone 4- C.N. Manju, Dy. Commissioner (Development). Zone 5: N.P. Venkatesh, Health Officer; Zone 6: Deepak, EE (Electricity); Zone 7: G.S. Somashekar - Deputy Commissioner (Revenue); Zone 8: Krishna Nayak, City Planning Officer; Zone 9: Kusumakumari, Additional Commissioner.

The public can come up with their grievances in writing and get them suitably addressed, the MCC Commissioner said.
