Kannada Pustaka Pradhikara intends to establish a ‘Jaana Jaaneyara Balaga’ at Degree Colleges and Post-Graduation Centres to create interest on literature among students and nurture them. Students can constitute an Executive Committee comprising five to 15 members with the approval of the Kannada Department Head and Principal and submit application before Jan. 20. The ‘Balaga’ with organise at least four programmes in a year at the College focussing Kannada literature for which the Pradhikara will bear expenses to a maximum of Rs. 500 per programme.
