Deputy Commissioner (DC) G. Lakshmikanth Reddy will be the chief guest. Directorate for the Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens (Bengaluru) Joint Director S. Nataraj will be the guest of honour. AIISH Director Dr. M. Pushpavathi will preside.
