The International Day of Persons with Disabilities will be celebrated under the joint aegis of District Administration, Zilla Panchayat (ZP), District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Women & Child Development Department, Department for Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens, Department of Youth Empowerment & Sports (DYES) and a host of voluntary Organisations & Federations, at P. Kalingarao Gaana Mantapa in Dasara Exhibition Grounds premises at 10 am tomorrow (Dec. 3). Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Ministers H.D. Kumaraswamy, Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa & K. Venkatesh and a host of Legislators will take part.
